Razor have produced an amazing range of stunt scooters that differ from the standard kick scooter in that they will not fold onto the foot plate and have a solid one piece T-bar. The reason for this is that when a rider progresses to trick and stunts on scooters they need extra strength and durability in the bars to take the pressure put on this area when landing stunts. Razor stunt scooters are also available in two different height T-bars and benefit from a double welded deck so it doesn’t crack or split from the force of jumps and tricks. With rider feedback in mind the Razor Ultra Pro model was developed and tested by Razor’s very own pro rider team, this is an updated model from the Razor Pro that fits with what riders of today want.

  • Non-Folding for Increased Durability

Unlike the kick range, these stunt scooters will not fold, the reason behind this is for extra strength within the scooters main frame and to stop the stem collapsing during stunt moves.

  • Simplified Single Piece Frame Construction

The Razor Ultra Pro has a 100 percent aircraft-grade aluminium body, a lightweight metal yet very strong. The steering tube is also welded to the deck for a smoother ride.

  • Heavy Duty Chromalloy Steel Handlebars and Down Tube

Chromalloy steel is short for steel alloy, Chromalloy is best described by its major additives – chromium and molybdenum. It has excellent durability and strength.  The Razor Ultra Pro also comes with extra wide handlebars for a more comfortable ride.

  • Double Welded Aluminium Thick Construction Deck

The Deck is double-welded to the down-tube for ultimate strength. With the double welded deck every time you land a trick it sounds and feels like a solid landing, and as the whole deck has grip tape on it you benefit from grip at all times.

A  TIG welded joint is incredibly strong and durable. Clean and even weld beads show a quality weld.

The Razor Ultra Pro comes with Urethane wheels which are going to give you wheels that are going to last. Urethane has fantastic abrasion resistance, and an even bigger factor will be a fantastic grip with the ground. Urethane has brilliant traction but slides when you push hard, so you are able to get some fast speed behind you but still maintain full control of your scooter.

ABEC is an acronym for Annular Bearing Engineering Committee of the AFBMA (Anti-Friction Bearing Manufacturers Association Inc). The ABEC grades of bearings, is a set of standards for the manufacturing tolerances of bearings. All quality manufacturers around the world manufacture to at least ABEC 1 standard, and anything above this will not affect the speed at which you can go on a scooter, unless you can ride faster than a Ferrari.
